Shipping:

Order Dispatch: 1-3 business days

Once you place your order it will be packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Delivery Timeframes:
Australia: 4-9 business days
Rest of world: 5-15 business days

These times are accurate for most parcels but there may be delays outside of our control, such as delays or backlog with the shipping carrier or post service.

 

Returns Policy

At Divinely Me Co, we believe in the transformative power of our Growth & Productivity Journal, which is why we proudly offer a 6-month guarantee. If, after consistently using the journal for 6 months, you don’t feel an improvement in your life, we will provide a full refund.

Conditions for Refund:

1. Initiating Your Refund: To begin the refund process, please email us at divinelymeco@gmail.com with your request, and our team will assist you.
2. Full Use of Journal: In order to be eligible, you must have utilized the journal to its fullest potential. This includes filling out all worksheets, planners, and sections in the journal as intended.
3. Returning the Journal: Both journals must be returned to the address provided by The Divinely Me Co team.
4. Refund Processing: Once the returned journals are received and your request is approved, you can expect your refund to be processed within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to the bank account used for the original purchase.
